Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven PreSales Representative to join our team at SweatHouz Daly City. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue through effective lead management and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities- Efficiently manage and follow up on leads and new business opportunities using our proprietary sales platform.
- Develop and execute a daily plan for effective lead management and selling activities.
- Consistently achieve or exceed personal productivity goals and sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and conduct virtual tours to prospective members.
- Engage with prospective members through phone calls and in-person interactions.
- Sell presale memberships to contribute to the studio's success.
- Follow up with prospective clients to ensure a seamless sales experience.
- Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote SweatHouz services.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down presale events.
- Be a fun and energetic individual who is passionate about wellness.
- Be solution-oriented and willing to try new approaches to solve problems.
- Be a fast learner on computer platforms and sales techniques.
- Be comfortable interacting with people in person and on the phone.
- Work with integrity to help the team achieve its goals.
