Job Overview

Position Objective:

The primary focus of this role is to oversee and document the Quality and Food Safety initiatives at Del Monte. This position entails ensuring compliance with all established Quality, Food Safety, and Sanitation protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections of incoming products.
  • Perform re-evaluations within the storage facility.
  • Execute quality assessments on designated orders.
  • Monitor temperature and ethylene levels during warehouse and vessel unloading.
  • Carry out routine quality control inspections as mandated by operational needs.
  • Oversee quality control evaluations at the site.
  • Engage in special projects as directed.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Strong mathematical and communication abilities (both verbal and written).

Note: This position does not provide relocation assistance.
