Guest Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Greet arriving guests, complete check-in procedures, and ensure a smooth check-out process.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests and team members to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Cash Handling: Process cash and credit transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
  • Reservations: Answer inquiries, accept reservations, and provide accurate information about hotel rates and services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to a positive work environment.
