Job Summary:

As a Cardiovascular Technologist at Alto Health Care Staffing, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular and vascular diseases. Your expertise will be essential in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of vascular interventional radiography procedures, including angiograms, angioplasties, stent placements, and thrombolysis under the guidance of a radiologist.
• Assist in cardiovascular imaging procedures such as echocardiograms, stress tests, and cardiac catheterizations, ensuring optimal image quality and patient safety.
• Operate and maintain specialized medical equipment, including angiography machines, fluoroscopy units, and ultrasound devices, ensuring their proper functionality and cleanliness.
• Adhere to strict radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure to patients, staff, and yourself.
• Accurately document patient information, procedure details, and any complications in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in cardiovascular technology and vascular interventional radiography by attending training sessions, conferences, and workshops.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives to maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and departmental efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Cardiovascular Technology or a related field (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in vascular interventional radiography techniques and equipment.
• Access to ongoing training and development programs.
