Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Alto Health Care Staffing. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures using radioactive materials. This is a 13-week travel assignment in Fargo, North Dakota.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform nuclear medicine procedures, including pulmonary, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, endocrine, oncology, infection, genitourinary, gastrointestinal, and central nervous system scans.
  • Operate client Infinia II Hawkeye Gamma Camera and 640 Client SPECT Camera, as well as other equipment listed above.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, often independently, and be proficient in hospital and outpatient settings.

Requirements:
  • Proficient in hospital setting In-patient and Outpatient setting, proficient with equipment listed above, fast paced environment and able to work alone.
  • NMTCB or ARRT (N), ND State Licensure, BLS - must be AHA.

Work Environment:
  • Shifts are generally from 6:30am till 5:30 varying.
  • There is always more than one technologist during weekday hours.
  • You will be assigned to a room or hot lab as an individual.
  • When on-call you are by yourself.

Additional Information:
  • Procedures include Out-patients, In-patients, Clinical Decision Unit, and ER.
  • Duties include going to floors to inject patients.
  • Rotate an 8 hour shift between two campuses *If have to float mid shift, will stay on the clock versus mileage.
