Job Overview

Levy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Premium Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, ensuring high standards of safety and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational plans to ensure seamless execution of events and meet sales and cost goals.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain show-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, guests, and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with all security, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cash handling procedures to optimize profitability.
  • Conduct regular meetings with team members to maintain open communication and address any concerns.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • High level of computer literacy and understanding of financial concepts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
