About the Role
Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual looking for a challenging role? We're seeking a Route Operator Assistant to join our team at SP Plus Corporation. In this position, you will be responsible for operating a shuttle bus, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the safe transportation of passengers. As a key member of our transportation team, you will perform daily vehicle checks, maintain the cleanliness of the bus, fuel the vehicle, log trip counts, and assist disabled passengers as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and passenger numbers.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. Additionally, you will need to be available to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year. Job Type: Full-time.
