Powers Health: Epic Application Analyst

Powers Health is seeking a skilled Epic Application Analyst to join our team. This role is primarily remote, with occasional on-site visits to our facilities.

Job Summary:

The Epic Application Analyst will provide application support and user assistance within assigned applications. This includes the full system cycle, whether it's a new system or an upgrade.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide second-level support and extend the help desk as part of day-to-day support duties.
  • Understand assigned applications, their value to clinical operations, and assist users to maximize utility.
  • Serve as a liaison between the user community, IT, the Epic build team, and other departments as necessary.
  • Perform design, build, optimization, and upgrade tasks for assigned modules and integrations.
Requirements:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business management, or information systems.
  • Practical experience in a clinical area or Epic Analyst experience.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Working knowledge of multiple software applications, systems analysis/design, integration/design, or web applications/design.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Epic proficiency/certification.
  • Ability to work well in a diverse, multi-disciplinary team and interact with others at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient MS Office skills.
