Job Summary:

The Warehouse Operator (Picker) position plays a vital role in the success of our warehouse operations, performing a combination of tasks related to receiving, transporting, selecting, and shipping products on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick products (cases or pallets) as dictated by the order.
  • Verify correct items and quantity to ensure accurate orders.
  • Construct products on pallets for transportation to ensure stability.
  • Utilize RF handheld devices to properly scan codes.
  • Operate Power Industrial Vehicle equipment in a safe manner.
  • Transport pallets and cases throughout the warehouse to a storage location.
  • Perform Daily equipment inspections.
  • Support team members and other warehouse functions as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience as a Warehouse Operator.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Experience using RF guns and the ability to use a WMS preferred.
  • Material handling experience, including walkies and pallet jacks.
  • Bilingual a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive Attitude; Self Motivated
  • Good communication skills
  • Understanding of basic math skills
