Job Title: Dining Room Host Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dining Room Host Team Member to join our team at Chick-fil-A Ft. Totten. As a Dining Room Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests as they enter our dining room and ensure they have a pleasant dining experience.
  • Manage the flow of guests and ensure that tables are cleaned and prepared for the next guests.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other team members to ensure that orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including the tables, floors, and restrooms.
Requirements:
  • English fluency is required.
  • Must have a source of reliable transportation.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to 8 hours, and reach across counter tops measuring 36 inches in length.
  • A great teammate with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
