Position Overview:
  • Earn time and a half on Saturdays
  • Receive double time pay on Sundays
  • Enjoy a $00/hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in addressing equipment breakdowns and executing preventive maintenance to ensure the optimal operation of our advanced facility. Additionally, they should possess the capability to perform effective repairs and maintenance tasks on machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete safety training and comply with departmental safety regulations
  • Engage in Waupaca Foundry's 6-S Program for maintaining cleanliness
  • Effectively utilize process control documents and departmental work instructions
  • Make necessary adjustments to machinery for peak performance
  • Carry out fabrication, machine repairs, installations, basic construction tasks, or other assigned responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Education, relevant experience, or pursuing a degree in the maintenance field
  • Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shifts
  • Ability to adapt to flexible work schedules with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in welding techniques
  • Experience in machinery repair
