About the Role:


This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a MCS Associate Quality Control Specialist.

As a key member of our quality control team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our laboratory operations.

You will work closely with our laboratory staff to perform routine procedures and testing, maintaining and operating specialized equipment, and documenting and compiling data.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role, as you will be responsible for providing and communicating results to our clients and stakeholders.

As a MCS Associate Quality Control Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the development of new methods and techniques in our laboratory.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine laboratory procedures and testing
Document and compile data
Maintain and operate specialized equipment
Provide and communicate results to clients and stakeholders
Contribute to the development of new methods and techniques in our laboratory
Work closely with laboratory staff to ensure the highest standards of quality

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in GMP within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
Proficiency in software tools such as Teams, Excel, and Word
Familiarity with SharePoint, SmartSheets, or LIMS is a plus
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to learn and comply with safety guidelines and cGMPs/CFRs
