Job Summary:

The Food Service Team Member will be responsible for ensuring that food is prepared accurately to the guest's order, presented according to our standards, and delivered on time. This includes pre-bussing tables, running food to guest's tables, and performing other restaurant duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Run food to guest's table in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Pre-buss tables to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Memorize seat numbers and pivot points to ensure accurate food delivery.
  • Memorize the floor chart to navigate the restaurant efficiently.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform other restaurant duties as assigned, including light cleaning and restroom checks.
  • Run the window with minimal or no supervision, ensuring accurate orders and efficient service.
  • Have superior knowledge of our menu items to ensure Quality Checks throughout the shift.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields.
  • Ability to build rapport with guests and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to understand and speak English; able to read written instructions in English.
  • Able to communicate well and work effectively with others.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Compensation:

$16.00 per hour plus tips.

All Lure Fish House employees will need the following certificates:

Food Handlers

RBS Certificate (BOH employees do not need to obtain this certificate)

Harassment Class Certificate

Under 18 - Work Permit
