Position Overview: Rooms Supervisor

  • Oversee the daily functions of the Housekeeping and Guest Services departments.
  • Manage administrative tasks, financial responsibilities, and the development of team members.
  • Ensure that owner requirements are met, maintain adequate staffing levels, and uphold quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Ability to think strategically.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in the hotel or resort sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
