Job Summary

As a Housekeeper at Residence Inn Plantation, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and attractiveness of our guest rooms, hallways, and public areas. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms, including changing linens, replenishing supplies, and removing trash and dirty linen.
  • Deep clean guest rooms, including tasks such as changing AC filters, cleaning AC coils, and touching up paint on walls and molding.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager, including disassembling furniture or items in guest rooms.
  • Work well in stressful, high-pressure situations and maintain a friendly, service-oriented demeanor at all times.
  • Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
  • Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly and evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
