About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services and family consultation using techniques grounded in principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA).
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop specific, focused behavior intervention plans to diminish, extinguish, or improve specific identified behaviors.
- Provide assessment and treatment to enrolled children and youth based on principles of applied behavior analysis.
- Identify specific objectives and performance goals of enrolled youth.
- Prepare behavior intervention plans according to Behavior Analytic best practices standards and make necessary revisions/updates to the plans.
- Create behavior measurement systems for monitoring progress of enrolled youth and to guide decisions on plan updates.
Behavioral Health Network is a growing non-profit community behavioral health agency that has been providing services to children, adults, families, and communities in Western Massachusetts since 1938. Qualifications:- Master's degree in a mental health field and two (2) years' experience in the field of behavior analysis.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst eligible within one year preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a verified clean driving record.
- Must have a reliable vehicle available for work.
