Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 2 years in high-volume recruiting within the property management industry, utilizing Lever or other recruiting tools.

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for following Tripalink's recruiting and hiring policies and procedures, posting and advertising for open positions, reviewing candidate resumes and applications, scheduling and conducting screening and in-depth interviews, and managing the communication flow between candidates and the hiring manager.

The successful candidate will build collaborative partnerships with regional leaders to understand and prioritize staffing and talent needs and specific position requirements, and influence staffing decisions according to Tripalink's practices, policies, and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follows Tripalink's recruiting and hiring policies and procedures
  • Posts and advertises for open positions
  • Reviews candidate resumes and applications
  • Schedules and conducts screening and in-depth interviews
  • Manages the communication flow between candidates and the hiring manager
  • Builts collaborative partnerships with regional leaders
  • Influences staffing decisions according to Tripalink's practices, policies, and business priorities
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of overall experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in high-volume recruiting within the property management industry
  • Utilizes Lever or other recruiting tools
