This position is a W2 contract opportunity, offering Part-Time Hours (approximately 20 hours per week) and is fully remote, adhering to MST hours.

Key Responsibilities:

HubSpot administration tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Management and creation of user profiles
  • Development of forms, fields, buttons, landing pages, email layouts, workflows, triggers, and process builders
  • Creation and management of lists, along with data import, export, and overall data management
  • Execution of campaign creation, member setup, and ongoing management
  • Development of complex reports and dashboards
  • Research and analysis of information to derive clear, actionable quantitative insights that enhance sales and recruitment outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HubSpot CRM administration or a related marketing operations role
  • Experience in configuring HubSpot for generating reports, tracking marketing campaigns, and analyzing ROI
  • At least 5 years of experience within a marketing organization, providing support for sales enablement
  • Proven track record in implementing sales pipelines, forecasting, metrics interpretation, and managing best practices for sales call tracking and task management
  • Experience in creating detailed reports and dashboards aligned with the sales and recruitment needs of the business
  • Preferred experience in working with financial institutions or insurance, though not mandatory
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and Teams
