Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our team at Crain Automotive Team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for presenting and selling our company's products and services to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers to build relationships and identify sales opportunities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and building trust with clients
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed about latest incentives and promotions
  • Close and follow up on sales transactions to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and ability to use technology to drive sales
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Deadline and detail-oriented with a focus on meeting sales targets
