The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to water damage emergencies and performing water damage restoration services for residential and commercial properties.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Respond to water damage emergencies and perform initial assessments of the damage
  • Develop restoration plans and provide detailed estimates of the work required
  • Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and disinfection of affected areas
  • Remove damaged materials and dispose of them properly
  • Install and monitor specialized equipment such as dehumidifiers and air movers
  • Work with insurance adjusters and communicate progress of the restoration project
  • Maintain documentation of the restoration process and provide necessary reports
  • Ensure that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and industry standards

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training or certifications in water damage restoration preferred
  • No experience necessary (water damage restoration experience a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, procedures, and equipment related to water damage restoration
  • Ability to assess and prioritize tasks in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy equipment and materials
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
