We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team at Mansion at Waterford Assisted Living.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, visitors, and employees through telephone and in-person interactions.
  • Monitor the entry area, greet visitors, and direct them as necessary.
  • Manage the lobby, ensuring it is clean and inviting, and assist with promoting activities.
  • Respond to inquiries and facilitate tours of the community as needed.
  • Promote resident participation in activities and follow company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to residents, families, and visitors.
  • Assist with daily operations, including managing the lobby and coordinating activities.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance customer service skills.
Requirements:
  • Compassion and desire to work with seniors.
  • Effective communication skills with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and email functions.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
