About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Documentation Specialist to join our team at Lockheed Martin. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our documentation systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret Configuration Data Management (CDM) plans and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in the development of CDM basis of estimate and ensure a controlled documentation system.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and maintain the technical and non-technical documentation change system.
  • Classify and maintain records, and interpret and enforce documentation formatting, standards, policies, and operating procedure requirements.
  • May identify submission components, communicate documentation standards, and coordinate assembly of regulatory dossiers.
  • Analyze and evaluate data, extract pertinent information, prepare information abstracts, and executive summaries of material searched.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, with 3 years of professional experience or 1 year of professional experience with a related Master's degree, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of and/or experience with data management.
