Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to helping students improve their communication skills and achieve academic success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students.
  • Individualized Education Programs (IEPs): Develop and implement tailored IEPs to meet each student's unique needs.
  • Direct Therapy Services: Provide individualized or group therapy sessions to students, focusing on speech and language development.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication goals and provide resources and education on speech and language disorders.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student assessments, therapy sessions, and progress.
Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with experience working with children in a school setting.
