  • Strong analytical abilities and project management expertise.
  • High proficiency in complex problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial system architecture, components, and data integration methodologies.

  • Comprehensive understanding of financial operations within a corporate framework.

Core Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Systems Engineer:

  • Design, maintain, and support applications that enhance the organization’s planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
  • Develop and refine financial and merchandise planning models, ensuring thorough testing, validation, and seamless migration across environments.
  • Enhance existing models and troubleshoot system issues to ensure optimal availability and reliability.
  • Implement data integration processes to guarantee timely and accurate data flow between the planning system and other enterprise systems.
  • Oversee and validate daily data loads, promptly addressing issues and providing on-call support as necessary.
  • Create user-friendly interfaces and reporting tools for end users.
  • Deliver technical support and training to end users, ensuring effective utilization of the planning system.
  • Guide junior developers on system functionalities and best practices.
