About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Anesthesia / Pain Medicine Specialist to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. This contract position will involve treating patients on site at Concentra for approximately a 4-hour shift on a weekly or biweekly basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist services for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal work-related injuries
  • Communicate with employers and take an active role in case management
  • Work collaboratively with medical and therapy providers to expedite return to work and functional restoration
Requirements
  • Preferred experience in treating patients with work-related injuries
  • Licensure requirements of the state of practice
  • Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
  • Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction
  • Board certification or Board Eligibility in the field of Anesthesia and or Pain Medicine
  • Medical Malpractice Insurance
