Job Title: Senior Demand Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Demand Planner to join our Business Operations team at KIOXIA America, Inc. As a key member of our SSD Business Unit team, you will be responsible for managing the demand planning process and working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure operational metrics on demand forecasting, delivery, and inventory are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the demand planning process for assigned strategic customers, driving customer meetings to align supply plans with demand forecasts and review supply status.
  • Partner with the headquarters team in weekly planning meetings to clearly communicate demand changes, confirm supply plans, and review customer action items.
  • Provide weekly reporting analysis by collecting all relevant data to create the revenue plan, including backlog, lead times, product lifecycle, historical sales, market trends, and sales forecast.
  • Engage senior leaders in meetings and presentations with consensus revenue forecast, KPI metrics, and risks and opportunities within the S&OP cycle.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting for selected key inventory metrics, such as ending on hand (EOH), days of supply (DOS) targets, and aging inventory disposition plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and related business experience.
  • 3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, procurement, or account management required, with semiconductor industry experience a strong plus.
  • Proficient in Excel, with advanced skills a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate issues, ideas, and solutions.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to clearly communicate assumptions, risks, and opportunities in logical models.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity, changing priorities, and business volatility.
  • Collaborative team player with a strong sense of accountability.
