Up to $5000 Sign On Bonus

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly wage ranges from $19.56 to $31.94 based on prior experience.
  • Evening shift differential of $2.00 per hour.
  • Night shift differential of $2.50 per hour.

Facilities

Our surgical facilities are equipped with advanced operating rooms at two campuses. The first campus features 10 operating rooms offering services in urology, general surgery, neurology, and bariatrics. The second campus includes 6 operating rooms dedicated to orthopedics, general surgery, and ENT, along with a hybrid room for cardiac procedures and 3 additional rooms for GYN and robotic surgeries. Our surgical team emphasizes collaboration, ensuring a sterile and safe environment for patients.

Role Responsibilities
  • Assist the surgeon throughout the surgical procedure.
  • Ensure a safe and sterile environment in the operating room.
QualificationsEducation
  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program is required, with national certification in surgical technology preferred, or a minimum of five (5) years of consecutive training/experience as a surgical technician.
Experience
  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program is mandatory, or five (5) years of consecutive training/experience as a surgical technician, or an LPN with one (1) year of surgical tech experience preferred.
  • National Certification is highly desirable.

(The above qualifications can be satisfied through a combination of education and experience.)

Licensure and Certification
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required for the duration of employment.
  • If a Certified Surgical Technologist, current certification must be maintained.
  • Oklahoma LPN license is required if applicable.
