Job Description

As a Retail Sr. Store Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth at Office Depot. Your primary responsibility will be to actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions to enhance their shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Centric Experience: Proactively acknowledge and engage every customer, utilizing the selling program to promote the sale of the best solution and additional products/services.
  • Store Operations Commitment: Maintain a clean, well-stocked environment, adhering to company guidelines and standards related to signage labeling and merchandise presentation.
  • Print and Tech Expertise: Continuously develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through sales and service tools, including advanced level of Print and Technology training.
  • Compliance Adherence and Support: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices, supporting the company's loss prevention efforts.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent education preferred.
  • No previous experience required, but retail sales experience is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and G-Mail.
  • Ability to process information/merchandise through POS register system.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, necessary to establish a selling relationship with customers and other employees.
