About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Chief Supply Chain Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the supply chain, focusing on continuously improving on-time delivery, cost, and supplier quality.

Responsibilities
  • Manage purchasing, warehousing/logistics, planning, and supplier quality teams
  • Partner with engineering and operations leaders to develop and maintain a supply chain strategy
  • Develop and implement plans for managing supply chain processes
  • Spearhead alternative sourcing opportunities
  • Monitor supplier performance and identify new suppliers
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to oversee demand forecasting and supply planning
  • Communicate with executives regarding business needs and resource requirements
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Negotiation experience with suppliers
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • APICS or ISM certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ERP software
  • Experience with ODBC, PowerBI, or Tableau
  • Experience in supplier management for a manufacturing company
  • IATF experience
