Position Overview:

As an Aloha Ambassador, you'll bring the Aloha spirit to life by providing exceptional customer service while having a positive and can-do attitude. You'll have the opportunity to learn and grow by working in different positions within our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a big smile and genuine Aloha.
  • Make each customer's experience exceptional by listening to their needs and offering personalized recommendations.
  • Keep the positive vibes flowing and create a harmonious atmosphere for guests and teammates.
  • Get involved in community initiatives that bring people together and make a difference.
  • Work as a team to keep operations running smoothly and ensure guests have a fantastic time.
  • Service roles may include: Cashier, Dining Room Attendant, Indoor & Outdoor Runners, Drive-Thru (Indoor & Outdoor), and Parking Lot Director.
  • Utility roles may include: Dish, Dole Whip, Service Line, Food Prep, Linebacker, Bagger, and Cook.
