Position Summary:

The FFE Quality Assurance Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the visual integrity and aesthetic standards of all facilities. This position is dedicated to upholding the Mountainside Treatment Center's commitment to excellence in ambiance for both clients and staff. The specialist will oversee the design, appearance, and functionality of various spaces, ensuring that they align with the company's branding and operational standards.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage Look Books across all locations, adhering to the aesthetic guidelines set forth by the design department and safety protocols. Regularly update these resources to reflect new furniture placements, layout modifications, and renovations, ensuring compliance with Mountainside's standards.
  • Conduct thorough audits of all facilities, assessing the organization, design, and aesthetic appeal, as well as the effective use of space. This includes evaluating aspects such as furniture arrangement, cleanliness, lighting, signage, and overall maintenance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and external vendors to create and update signage and nameplates as necessary, supporting new initiatives and programs.
  • Engage with various departments and clients to facilitate the maintenance and upkeep of all facilities, ensuring adherence to the established aesthetic standards.
  • Proactively address issues as they arise, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the company's objectives and client needs, and striving to uphold the highest standards of service.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including managing requests through Service Now, and maintaining documentation and reports across various platforms. This may involve traveling to different locations for larger projects.
  • Support event planning efforts, including Family Day and holiday decorations, by assisting with setup and breakdown as needed.
  • Ensure that new programs and locations maintain established standards, with travel as required.
  • Identify and report on furniture, artwork, and decorative items that require replacement or do not meet established criteria.
  • Analyze tasks and assignments to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma is required; a Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred, along with experience in quality assurance.
  • Background in visual merchandising, hospitality, guest services, or retail is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Physical capability to lift and move furniture and equipment as needed.

Compensation:

The hourly wage for this role is $22.00, with actual pay determined by various job-related factors including skills, education, experience, and job responsibilities.
