About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team at Wellpath. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality mental health services to inmates in a correctional facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for inmates with mental health needs.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as crisis intervention and suicide prevention services.
  • Collaborate with security and healthcare staff to ensure inmates receive appropriate care and support.
  • Document all findings and treatment plans in accordance with company and facility policies.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.
  • One or more years of experience in a mental health treatment program, preferably in a correctional or hospital setting.
  • Unrestricted, current license in the state of practice (e.g. LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, Psychologist).
