Position Overview:

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is instrumental in spearheading transformation initiatives by addressing critical challenges such as scaling operations post-acquisition, overseeing factory relocations, and leading cross-departmental improvement projects. By leveraging the Aviat Operating Model, Lean methodologies, and process enhancement techniques, this position is dedicated to cultivating foundational Lean capabilities throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the evaluation, strategy formulation, and implementation plan aimed at boosting business performance.
  • Facilitate transformation through coaching, mentoring, value stream analysis, and process enhancements.
  • Assess and refine factory relocation and acquisition processes.
  • Strengthen strategic partnerships and oversee continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Enhance Sales and Operations Planning processes.
  • Revise operational excellence strategic documentation.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience in Lean transformation with a history of cultural change and measurable results.
  • Experience in managing teams and driving cross-functional improvements.
  • A minimum of 10 years in Continuous Improvement or Supply Chain roles.
  • Proficient in Lean methodologies and change management practices.
