Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver database, reporting, and dashboard solutions to meet organizational needs
- Develop and optimize business intelligence solutions using Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, and SQL Server
- Collaborate with business users, development teams, technology groups, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure analysis supports Product Support strategy
- Implement and optimize table schema, views, stored procedures, and functions using T-SQL
- Develop and implement reporting, including visualizations in Power BI Reports and Dashboards
- Analyze data issues within reports and perform analysis, design, development, validation, and implementation of reports and visualizations
- Participate in all phases of solution delivery, including requirements gathering, solution analysis, design and implementation, solution unit testing and documentation, user acceptance testing support, and solution deployment
- Provide timely scheduled management reporting and follow and enhance BI standards and best practices across the team
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, accounting, or related field
- 4+ years' experience working with data warehouses, BI development, testing, and change management
- Strong understanding of SQL Server, T-SQL, and stored procedures
- Knowledge of Oracle and related reporting
- Experience with Oracle OTBI and hands-on database tuning and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives
- Involvement in inter-departmental projects and experience communicating with various stakeholders
