We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our dynamic team as an Order Fulfillment Specialist. This role is responsible for processing purchase orders efficiently and accurately in our ERP system, communicating with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment, and resolving order issues promptly and escalating when necessary.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
