Job Overview

The Sales Growth Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering the growth of our sales team at Perma-Seal. This position demands a combination of exceptional personal sales capabilities and the aptitude to mentor and develop a team of sales consultants specializing in concrete lifting and attic insulation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership:
    • Drive personal sales to meet and exceed individual and team targets, with an estimated annual salary of $85,000 - $110,000 based on experience and performance.
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and overall team performance.
  • Coaching and Development:
    • Conduct side-by-side coaching sessions during ride-alongs with consultants to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Provide coaching and actionable insights to improve sales performance, leveraging customer feedback and performance metrics.
    • Identify and address training needs for new hires and underperforming reps, ensuring seamless onboarding and effective development.
    • Implement solutions to address field-related challenges, maintaining accurate records of field activities and results.
  • Team Support:
    • Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales consultants, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
    • Implement training programs to enhance the team's selling skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Relations:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
    • Represent Perma-Seal in a professional and positive manner, ensuring a high level of customer service and support.
