At Bedrosians Tile & Stone, we're seeking a skilled Design Consultant & Showroom Sales Representative to join our team in Vista, CA. As a key member of our design hub, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer journey, delivering tailored design recommendations, and promoting premium tile, stone, engineered wood, flooring, and countertop selections.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their design requirements and offer expert advice on selecting the perfect products for their projects.
  • Perform sales transactions meticulously and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the showroom.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and product offerings to provide effective recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve the visual appeal of the showroom.
  • Assist in organizing and hosting events, and contribute to event planning efforts.
Qualifications:
  • A proven track record in sales, with a preference for a background in design such as interior or architectural design.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Self-motivation, innovation, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Previous experience with Tile, Stone, Engineered Wood, Flooring, and Countertop materials is advantageous.
  • Availability to work full-time, 5 days a week, with alternating Saturdays required.
