As a Technical Program Manager focused on Engineering Productivity, you will enhance engineering efficiency, foster trust among teams, and advocate for alignment and sustainability.

Compensation: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$178,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The displayed range reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.

Within this range, individual compensation is influenced by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and key milestones; manage resources, anticipate and mitigate risks, and drive projects to successful completion.
- Identify opportunities to enhance development and release processes.
- Design, implement, and promote the adoption of best practices and tools to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Establish key performance indicators and metrics; collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Build relationships with stakeholders across engineering teams, product management, and other functions; communicate effectively, influence decisions, and manage expectations.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members; stay informed about industry trends and best practices in engineering productivity and software release management.
