Position Overview

Are you interested in joining a passionate team dedicated to enhancing sales at Games Workshop's innovative store and cafe?

Do you thrive on interacting with customers, grasping their needs, and providing tailored responses?

As a key member reporting to the General Manager, you will collaborate with various team members and occasionally work independently.

Your responsibilities will include completing tasks and assisting the Store Manager to ensure the efficient operation of both the store and the cafe.

We recognize that the challenge of this role lies in delivering a consistently outstanding level of service to every customer, regardless of the circumstances.

About Games Workshop

At Games Workshop, we believe that your mindset and behavior are crucial to the store's success, which is why extensive retail experience is not always a prerequisite.

We seek individuals who comprehend our customers' needs and prioritize those needs while on duty.

All our Warhammer team members receive customized training and continuous support from our Retail Training Team, with additional resources allocated for new managers.

Key Information

The compensation for this position is $15.50/hour.
We provide a comprehensive benefits package for full-time sales associates, which includes:
