Overview:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM
Compensation: $19 - $20 per hour


Responsibilities of the Early Childhood Educator:
  • Engage frequently, respectfully, and appropriately with assigned children, being attentive and responsive to their needs.
  • Ensure a safe, healthy, and organized classroom atmosphere while maintaining confidentiality regarding children, families, and colleagues.
  • Implement the curriculum as directed, creating a supportive environment and schedule that facilitates learning, demonstrating knowledge of child development across various stages and abilities.

Requirements for the Early Childhood Educator:
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in child care
  • CDA or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Elementary Education (preferred)
