Heavy Duty Truck Operator

Safely operate a heavy-duty truck to perform assigned duties on transfer routes.
Key Responsibilities- Operate Vehicle Safely: Operate vehicle in accordance with OSHA and DOT requirements, as well as local, state and federal regulations. Maintain a clean and safe vehicle.
- Perform Pre- and Post-Trip Inspections: Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle using DVIR, noting any issues for corrective review/repair.
- Report Unsafe Situations: Immediately report any unsafe situations or service calls to Route Manager or Dispatch before attempting service.
- Participate in Training: Participate and cooperate in all scheduled training, briefings, and meetings as required by Route Manager.
