Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Roll-Off Driver to join our team at WIN Waste Innovations. As a Roll-Off Driver, you will be responsible for operating heavy-duty trucks safely and efficiently, preparing, loading, and transporting large mobile open top and compactor containers to disposal sites, transfer or recycle facilities, and customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Operate heavy-duty trucks safely and efficiently, adhering to Company's Safety and Life Critical Rules, OSHA requirements, and all local, municipal, state, and federal laws.
  2. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned equipment and document checks on standard DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report).
  3. Immediately report any unsafe situations or service-related issues to Route Manager or Dispatch.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Commercial Driver's License B (CDL) with an air brake endorsement.
  • At least 1 year of experience operating a vehicle requiring a CDL A or B, or equivalent military driving within the last 7 years.
  • Acceptable driving record and legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Successfully complete pre-employment DOT drug screen, physical, and background check.
