ManTech International Corporation is at the forefront of the national security industry, engaging in pioneering initiatives that have a significant impact. We are currently seeking a Countermeasures & Integration (C&I) Engineer III to contribute to our projects in Northern Virginia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer specialized expertise in Electronic Countermeasures (ECM) while addressing U.S. Department of State C&I specifications.
  • Design and implement ECM integration strategies along with detailed testing protocols.
  • Manage various projects while showcasing a high level of proficiency in ECM technologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with contemporary ECM technologies.
  • Strong understanding of radio frequency (RF) principles and planning for vehicle movements.
  • Excellent communication abilities and adept problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, and C/C++.
  • Experience with electronic warfare (EW) and electronic attack (EA) hardware and software.
  • Insight into Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), EW, and communication systems.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Possession of a Top Secret security clearance.
  • Capability to acquire TS/SCI clearance.

Travel and Physical Expectations:

  • Potential travel to various locations, including high-risk environments.
  • Primarily office-based work.
