Fleet Data Operations Analyst

Job Summary:

The Fleet Data Operations Analyst is a key member of the Seminole Tribe of Florida's Fleet Management Department, responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data related to fleet operations, including vehicle and equipment usage, maintenance, and expenses.
  • Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to fleet asset lifecycle, including onboarding, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve fleet operations and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of fleet-related information.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or finance.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft software, including Excel.
  • Working knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Power BI.
  • Valid Florida driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience working in a similar capacity in a fleet management or data analysis role.
