Healthcare Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Supervisor to join our team at Caring, Inc. in New Jersey. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $70,000 - $100,000 per year.
Job Overview:The Healthcare Supervisor will oversee the delivery of healthcare services to our residents, ensuring that they receive high-quality care and support. This includes assessing resident needs, developing individualized care plans, and delegating tasks to other staff members.
Responsibilities:- Has a knowledge and understanding of the Assisted Living Program rules and regulations.
- Develops and maintains written objectives, standards, procedures, and organizational plan for delivery of nursing services.
- Maintains a working relationship with the Assisted living Administrators and LPN.
- A current Registered Nursing License issued by the New Jersey State Board of Nursing
- TWO years of full time (full time equivalent) experience in nursing supervision or nursing administration in a health care facility.
- Education and/or experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Participates annually in continuing nursing education.
