Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate logistics operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Plan and review logistics processes to meet company standards and customer service specifications.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize shift/team logistics.
  • Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with customers to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
  • One year of experience in extra-curricular activities demonstrating leadership skills.
  • One year of previous internship experience preferred.
