Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop structural engineering solutions for construction and demolition projects, including temporary structures and construction procedures.
  • Perform structural analysis and design using industry-standard software, such as Revit, MicroStation, and Autocad.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that structural engineering solutions meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in structural engineering.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in structural engineering and design.
  • Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred.
  • Experience with industry-standard codes and standards, including IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC, AWC, and AISI.
  • Expertise in structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, structural steel, and other materials.
  • Proficient in Revit, MicroStation, Autocad, and other drawing software.
