Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our backend infrastructure to ensure high uptime and minimal risk.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest platforms, technologies, and tools to provide innovative solutions to our clients.
- Develop and implement automation capabilities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide expert-level support to our clients, including coaching and mentoring individual contributors.
- Collaborate with our sales, customer service, support, and product teams to ensure seamless communication and support.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in the evaluation process for new tools and technologies, ensuring our clients receive maximum value.
- Contribute to the development of our knowledge base to ensure it remains up-to-date and accurate.
- Work closely with our partnerships and product teams to ensure optimal integration and scalability of our platform infrastructure.
- Monitor and report on team statistics, including CSAT, vulnerability and risk tracking, SLA adherence, escalations, and new functionality releases.
- Assist in the development of processes and automation to handle scope changes, technical challenges, and other complexities.
- Collaborate with our product teams to ensure our MDM/RMM roadmap aligns with the product roadmap for increased integration.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of client-facing experience in an MSP or multi-client environment.
- 5+ years of IT experience, with a strong understanding of SaaS platforms, MDM, and RMM technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical messages into a format that can be delivered to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly detail-oriented and able to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of building positive relationships with internal and external business leaders.
- Expert knowledge of MS Office and G-Suite applications.
- 4-year degree from an accredited college or relevant technical experience.
- Problem analysis and problem resolution skills.
