We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Medical City Arlington. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality magnetic resonance imaging procedures and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform magnetic resonance assessments and reassessments, implementing patient orders as required.
- Position and prepare patients for exams according to the type of procedure to be performed.
- Assist with transporting patients as needed.
- Explain procedures to patients and address their concerns in a compassionate and professional manner.
- Operate stationary equipment and/or portable equipment used in the Emergency Department, Operating Room, and at the patient bedside.
- Current License as an MRI Tech by ARMRIT or ARRT (MR) required.
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
- State Registered Radiologic Technician.
- Vocational School Graduate.
- Experience in performing all MRI procedures.
- Two (2) years' experience as an MRI Technologist preferred.
