As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying ways to support, develop, and engage Emerging Professionals in the accounting and finance profession.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and volunteers to redefine and strengthen the Emerging Professionals value proposition, creating membership engagement and retention through targeted content and resources.
  • Lead the Association's Emerging Professionals related events and programs, including agenda development, speaker engagement, and logistics to achieve financial and engagement goals.
  • Evaluate the need for new or revamped programs as market needs are identified through development of a value proposition.
  • Be a staff liaison for Emerging Professionals Initiatives Committee (EPIC) and related task forces, building relationships with future leaders in the profession and gaining their insights.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in the accounting profession, including a combination of client service, firm management/administration.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, communications, marketing, or related field.
  • CPA designation.
